Invitational Travelers:
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THIS TRIP - YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE REIMBURSED. ORA WILL MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS AND PAY FOR YOUR AIRLINE TICKETS.
Please complete and fax the pre-travel form for Invitational Travel paid by NOAA.
A CAMS PayProfile form is required for travel expense reimbursement. The completed form should be submitted with your travel receipts.
For all symposium attendees:
Fort Collins is located approximately 75 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA). Public transportation is available through Shamrock Airport Express shuttle. The cost is $26 each way and the trip takes approximately two hours. Visit the Shamrock Airport Express service desk in DIA to purchase your ticket and receive boarding times and directions. You must check in at the booth even if your ticket is prepaid.
