The 12- and 00-Z (1/2 Feb) Quillayute (UIL) soundings point toward more of an overrunning scenario than a convective event for precipitation over the Spokane CWA. Key aspects of the UIL sounding are the rapid increase in moisture content and warming occurring in the 750- to 600-mb layer.
