Both surface observations and radar indicated that precipitation had ended across most of the CWA by about 21 Z (2 PM LST).

GOES WV imagery shows the short wave axis passing across the CWA by 15 Z, with subsidence setting in over all the CWA by 19 Z.

The trend of moving the moisture plume faster eastward and farther south as suggested in earlier AMSU TPW composites continues through 18 Z (11 AM LST).
